Custom white-label test kits, built and shipped by your lab

A white-label test kit is an at-home sample collection kit sold under your brand while a lab does the testing. IHDLab designs and assembles your kit, stores and ships it from our in-house 3PL to patients anywhere in the US, and tests every returned sample in our CLIA-certified lab in Irvine, California.

Most kit vendors stop at the box. We're a lab, so the kit, the warehouse, the testing and the results all sit under one roof. You bring the brand. We handle everything that has to physically happen.

Launching a branded test usually means four contracts: a packaging printer, a kit assembler, a fulfillment warehouse and a lab. Each one has its own minimums, lead times and systems. When a kit ships with the wrong requisition, or a sample arrives at a lab that wasn't expecting it, it's your brand the patient blames.

Collection components: The collection components your tests need, assembled into the kit in-house.
Return packaging: Return shipping is included in the kit, so patients can send samples straight back to our lab.

How it works: from artwork to result

White labeling: We design a custom kit around your tests: the box, inserts and requisitions all carry your brand.
Lab testing: Every returned sample is tested in-house in our CLIA-certified lab in Irvine.
3PL: Our in-house 3PL builds, stores and ships kits to patients nationwide, with return shipping included.
API: Orders flow in through the LabFlow API, your EMR integration or our partner portal, and you can track each kit's status. Existing partners can also place bulk kit orders through our order form.
Resulting: Results return by API, to your EMR or to a branded, secure results portal.
