Get started:

• Navigate to the Client Portal by clicking the "Client Bill Pay" button above.

• Enter your User ID: Use the email address used as part of your onboarding for billing.

• Reset Your Password: Select 'Forgot Password' and enter the same email in the User ID and the email fields. Click the "Reset Password" button.

• Check Your Email: You will receive an email with a temporary password.

• Log In: Visit the Account Login page and use the credentials provided below:

  • User ID: Email

  • Temporary Password: Provided in the email.

• Reset Your Password: Follow the steps to create a new password:

• Navigate to the IHDLab Client Portal login page and utilize your email User ID and new password.
