We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time position. The work location is at 1936 E. Deere Avenue, Suite 115, Santa Ana, California 92705.

JOB DUTIES:

 

Investigate discrepancies in financial records and perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations; Develop strategies to reduce costs and study product pricing to ensure the best possible return on investment for the company; Prepare budgeting reports by collecting information and data points from various departments within the organization; Review and approve accounting transactions for posting and documentation, and oversee reconciliation of the general ledger and subsidiary accounts; Develop, review and verify accounting transactions, financial reports and statements to source information for accuracy, consistency and presentation format; Perform internal procurement audit; Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditure, and assist with preparing and monitoring budgets; Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts; Maintain the general ledger, and assist with tax preparations to prepare tax returns; Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENT:

 

Master’s degree in accounting or related field

 

COMPENSATION:

 

The base pay range for this position is USD $82,763.00 - $83,500 per year.
