Job Description
Reports to Logistics, Sourcing, and Packaging Manager
Employee is responsible for providing exceptional support to IHD’s clients, the Clinical Laboratory, and patients. Employee must also possess the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all individuals, including external clients and internal IHD personnel.
Scope of responsibilities include (other duties may be assigned):

On daily basis employee will review and coordinate new Kit Requests from clients received via e-mail, fax, or phone.

Research a blood draw center for patient such as a mobile phlebotomy service, PSC, hospital, or laboratory based on patient’s location and request.

Create FDA kits and ship to patient and/or client.

Communicate thoroughly with client, facility, and patient.

Follow up with patient on blood draw status.

Maintain recordkeeping of kit spreadsheet.

Act in a professional matter.

Builds strong relationships with medical staff.

Ability to work with self-discipline, good judgment, and independence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Proficient in standard office and client services computer programs.

Flexibility with respect to working hours to accommodate East Coast clients.

Communications: Demonstrate good judgment in the proper mode of communications in group and individual situations. Adapt your style to fit the audience and their reaction.
